Use of Personal Details
We use your personal details and your address exclusively for the purpose for which you provided them, and not to identify individual visitors.
The personal details are for internal use only and will not be passed on to other organisations for commercial purposes.
In addition, we register information about the use of this website, including the number of visitors, the pages visited and the type of web-browsers used, so that we can improve the website.
We process IP-addresses of the visitors to the website.
Cookie Script puts cookies onto your computer, telephone or tablet for anonymous use by Google Analytics. When media content is watched or listened to on external platforms such as YouTube or Spotify, cookies will also be uploaded by the relevant party.
When you register for the e-newsletter, you automatically consent to having your details stored. In this way we can keep you informed of activities, news and/or developments. You can de-register via the link at the bottom of every e-newsletter. The e-newsletters are sent out via the online program Mailchimp.
To gather statistics, we make us of Google Analytics. These statistics do not contain personal or demographic information.
You are entitled:
● to inspect the information we have about you. In many* cases you can have this information corrected or removed.
● to withdraw your consent for certain types of use (such as your newsletter registration)
● to lodge a complaint, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are obliged to store certain information you have given us, for the purposes set out above. For security reasons we are also compelled to make backups. It is not possible to have your details removed from the backups afterwards, since those backups will then no longer be accurate.
